Backed by tens of millions of dollars in successful property transactions, Kha approaches real estate not as a sales activity, but as a structured investment discipline. His expertise centres on strategic location selection, disciplined risk management, design optimisation, and long-term capital growth positioning.
With a Bachelor’s degree in Business and a Master’s in Management, Kha combines academic foundation with real-world execution — bringing structure, clarity, and long-term thinking to every client journey.
