Logan Reserve is a suburb of Logan City with a population of 7,016 at the 2021 Census (ABS), about 35.3 km south of the Brisbane CBD and 10 km south of Logan Central.

Logan Reserve State School (government, Prep–Year 6) is in the suburb, and the nearest government secondary school is Marsden State High School at Waterford West. A new Prep–Year 12 special school on Derby Road, Logan Reserve is scheduled to open in Term 1, 2027.

There is no railway station in Logan Reserve; the nearest is Loganlea station on the Beenleigh line. Logan Reserve Shopping Village on Chambers Flat Road, anchored by Woolworths, is in the suburb.

How a house and land package works

A house and land package is normally two contracts: a contract to buy the land, and a separate building contract with the builder for the home. You pay a deposit on the land, settle the land when the lot is registered, and then pay the build in progress payments as construction reaches each stage. Ask us for both contracts, the inclusions list and the site costs for any lot you are considering, and we will go through them with you before you sign anything.
