White Rock House and Land — Sold Out

White Rock is in the City of Ipswich, 15.2 km south-east of the Ipswich CBD and 38.6 km south-west of Brisbane. It is a genuinely new suburb: the ABS recorded no population, or a very low population, at both the 2016 and 2021 Censuses, because the residential estate was still being built out.

That also means there are no schools inside White Rock. The nearest government primary schools are Ripley Valley State School (South Ripley), Fernbrooke State School (Redbank Plains) and Spring Mountain State School (Spring Mountain); the nearest government secondary schools are Ripley Valley State Secondary College (South Ripley) and Springfield Central State High School (Springfield Central).

The Centenary Motorway passes through the north-west of the locality. There is no railway station in the suburb. Shopping is in the neighbouring localities — Providence Town Centre at South Ripley, Ripley Town Centre at Ripley, and Orion Springfield Central at Springfield Central.

How a house and land package works

A house and land package is normally two contracts: a contract to buy the land, and a separate building contract with the builder for the home. You pay a deposit on the land, settle the land when the lot is registered, and then pay the build in progress payments as construction reaches each stage. Ask us for both contracts, the inclusions list and the site costs for any lot you are considering, and we will go through them with you before you sign anything.
